Mr. Eli Grinberg, CEO and Co-founder of Scodix, has been in the Graphic Arts Industry for more than 25 years. In 2007, Eli co-founded Scodix Ltd., where he was CTO and VP of R&D, inventing and developing Scodix’s proprietary technology and products.

In 2017 Eli assumed the role of GM of Scodix B.V. and grew the business in EMEA significantly to become Scodix’s largest territory. Eli has held the role of CEO at Scodix since July 2020.

Before the founding of Scodix, Eli held various positions at Objet Geometries (3D Printers) and HP Indigo and began his career at Scitex. Eli holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Tel Aviv.

Mr. Shahar Seidon brings years of expertise in financial management in global companies to Scodix with more than 15 years of finance and management experience.

Prior to joining Scodix, he was the corporate controller at Gadot Group, a leader in the field of management and operations in the chemical value chain and a senior auditor at EY, a global leader in assurance, tax, transactions and advisory services.

Shahar is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a BA in Economics and Accounting from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.

Ms. Ifat Muki has more than 15 years of experience in human resources focusing on planning and leading local and global recruit processes, with a goal to assist people and organizational growth.

An experienced recruiter, senior HRBP with a strong ability to create partnerships through the organization, support managers in all HR areas, and create added value with her deep understanding of organizational needs and commitment to company goals.

She holds an MA for non-legal practitioners and a BA in human resources and communications from Bar Ilan University.

Mr. Guy Alon, the Research and Development VP at Scodix, brings with him over 12 years of experience at Scodix.

He has managed the Scodix Chemistry Department, Ink Plant, Application Team and the Scodix Ultra project during his tenure. Prior to joining Scodix, he was the Product Engineer Team Leader at HP Indigo and before that was a Production Plant Engineer in the Israel Military Industries.

He holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA in Material Science and Business Management from Tel Aviv University.

Ms. Adee Mor brings over 20 years of executive leadership experience to Scodix, spanning both global corporations and startups.

With a keen focus on marketing, product development, revenue growth, and public relations, she has consistently delivered tangible results. Adee has a proven track record of successfully launching new brands and implementing growth strategies while adeptly navigating change dynamics.

Before joining Scodix, Adee served as Chief Marketing Officer at XTEND, VP Global Marketing and Product at MeMed. Adee’s career journey also includes nearly a decade at Teva Pharmaceuticals, where she served in leading strategic roles, and last served as Head of Marketing for the Gx unit. Additionally, she held various leadership positions at industry-leading firms such as Comverse, Verifone, and more.

Adee holds an Executive MBA in Business Management and Marketing, cum laude, and a BA in Economics and Communications, both from the Hebrew University.

Maor Avner is a seasoned Customer Success executive with nearly two decades of experience leading global service organizations across the print technology industry.

As VP of Customer Success at Scodix, Maor oversees a multi-regional team and drives strategies that enhance customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and long-term client partnerships. His leadership has been pivotal in scaling customer-centric operations, building knowledge infrastructures, and steering transformative change in both startup and corporate environments.

Prior to Scodix, Maor held senior roles at Kornit Digital and LDP across Europe and Israel. He holds a BSc in Electrical Engineering and pursued MBA studies at Bar Ilan University.

Mr. Amit Shvartz has over 18 years of experience in Executive Marketing Management. Prior to joining the Scodix team, Amit was the VP of Marketing of Extricom, a privately held firm specializing in enterprise wireless LAN.

Before assuming his position at Extricom, Mr. Shvartz was Corporate VP of Marketing at Objet Geometrics. Over a 10-year period beginning in 1995 with well-known industry trailblazers Scitex and Creo, he held strategic executive-level positions.

He draws upon a hugely successful international B2B and B2C sales and marketing career, with a proven track record in distribution, strategic business development, products planning, marketing, and branding.
