Eli Grinberg

CEO and Co-founder

Mr. Eli Grinberg, CEO and Co-founder of Scodix, has been in the Graphic Arts Industry for more than 25 years. In 2007, Eli co-founded Scodix Ltd., where he was CTO and VP of R&D, inventing and developing Scodix’s proprietary technology and products. In 2017 Eli assumed the role of GM of Scodix B.V. and grew the business in EMEA significantly to become Scodix’s largest territory. Eli has held the role of CEO at Scodix since July 2020. Before the founding of Scodix, Eli held various positions at Objet Geometries (3D Printers) and HP Indigo and began his career at Scitex. Eli holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Tel Aviv.


Shahar Seidon


Mr. Shahar Seidon brings years of expertise in financial management in global companies to Scodix with more than 15 years of finance and management experience. Prior to joining Scodix, he was the corporate controller at Gadot Group, a leader in the field of management and operations in the chemical value chain and a senior auditor at EY, a global leader in assurance, tax, transactions and advisory services. Shahar is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a BA in Economics and Accounting from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.


Amit Shvartz

COO & General Manager, Israel

Mr. Amit Shvartz has over 18 years of experience in Executive Marketing Management. Prior to joining the Scodix team, Amit was the VP of Marketing of Extricom, a privately held firm specializing in enterprise wireless LAN. Before assuming his position at Extricom, Mr. Shvartz was Corporate VP of Marketing at Objet Geometrics. Over a 10-year period beginning in 1995 with well-known industry trailblazers Scitex and Creo, he held strategic executive-level positions. He draws upon a hugely successful international B2B and B2C sales and marketing career, with a proven track record in distribution, strategic business development, products planning, marketing, and branding.


Guy Alon


Mr. Guy Alon, the Research and Development VP at Scodix, brings with him over 12 years of experience at Scodix. He has managed the Scodix Chemistry Department, Ink Plant, Application Team and the Scodix Ultra project during his tenure. Prior to joining Scodix, he was the Product Engineer Team Leader at HP Indigo and before that was a Production Plant Engineer in the Israel Military Industries. He holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA in Material Science and Business Management from Tel Aviv University.


Mark Nixon

EVP Global Sales & Marketing

Mr. Mark Nixon brings over 30 years of experience in the Graphic Arts industry where he began as a litho printer for prominent commercial print operations in England. Since joining Scodix in 2012, Mark has been part of the Scodix management team mainly focused on the North American and UK regions. Prior to joining Scodix, he was Sales Manager at Howson Algraphy selling printing consumables. After the company’s Dupont acquisition, he, advanced early desktop publishing systems. Following, he was at Scitex selling proprietary high end page makeup systems and disruptive applications, becoming the United Kingdom Scitex/Creo Country Director. Next he was with KBA UK as Executive Sales Director and board member.


Ifat Muki

VP Human Resources

Ms. Ifat Muki has more than 15 years of experience in human resources focusing on planning and leading local and global recruit processes, with a goal to assist people and organizational growth. An experienced recruiter, senior HRBP with a strong ability to create partnerships through the organization, support managers in all HR areas, and create added value with her deep understanding of organizational needs and commitment to company goals. She holds an MA for non-legal practitioners and a BA in human resources and communications from Bar Ilan University.


Jason Rollo

President North America

Mr. Jason Rollo brings to Scodix more than 25 years of executive and business development experience in high-tech and capital equipment industries. He has specialized in innovative manufacturing hardware solutions to market, and building businesses and processes to facilitate their growth. He has been part of many leading global companies during his tenure, such as Nanometrics and Camtek, which are all located in the Silicon Valley. He joined Scodix in 2014 as the head of the Global Strategic Accounts department. In this role he oversaw Scodix most valuable customer relationships. In 2019, he was appointed to be President due to his proven record, in management and business development skills. Jason holds a BS from Santa Clara University.


Ziki Kuly

VP Product Marketing

Mr. Ziki Kuly has been in the advertising and Graphic Arts industries for over 20 years. He was part of Shalmor Avnon Amichay, the leading Israeli advertising agency and in 2001 joined Scitex holding several managerial roles during his tenure. In 2004 he relocated to Atlanta, Georgia with the Hewlett-Packard acquisition of Scitex Vision and within a short period became the North American Industrial Large Format General Manager. Since 2009, he has been part of the Scodix managerial team. Ziki holds a BA in Political Science from Tel Aviv University and MBA in Marketing and Communications.


Franz Repp

President EMEA

Mr. Franz Repp brings more than 25 years of experience of capital equipment sales and business development in the Graphic Arts industry. Since joining Scodix in 2016, he focused on sales management and growth in the DACH region before taking on the role of managing the EMEA sales team. During his tenure before joining Scodix, he was a Sales Director in Germany, Switzerland and Austria at several leading companies including: Luscher AG, ECRM, Kodak and Scitex. His scholastic background is in economics.
