Adina Shorr CEO
Ms. Adina Shorr joins Scodix as CEO bringing with her extensive experience in leadership and management of technology, systems, and solutions stemming of an almost 30-year career at the high-tech sector both in the United States and Israel. Prior to accepting this role, Adina served as Lucidlogix CEO and Chair, CEO of CellGuide, and held the position of President and CEO of Objet Ltd. Proceeding Objet, she served as Corporate Vice President of Creo, Leaf Products, and during her tenure at Scitex, she also served as the President of Scitex Input Division. Before her return to Israel Adina worked in the USA for IBM and for Unisys in Corporate Program Management and Sales. Adina holds an M.B.A. and a B.A. both with honors from Michigan State University in East Lansing.
Elan Sigal CFO
Mr. Elan Sigal as CFO brings to Scodix over 20 years of finance and management experience. Prior to joining Scodix he was the CFO at Landa Corporation, a printing systems developer, and Objet Geometries Ltd., a 3D printer manufacturer. Previously, he held the position of CFO at Rada Electronic Industries Ltd., a publicly traded Israel-based defense technology company. Prior to his position at Rada Electronic Industries he was a management consultant in the London office of McKinsey & Co., a leading global management consulting firm. Elan holds a B.A. in Economics from Tel Aviv University.
Amit Shvartz CMO
Mr. Amit Shvartz has over 18 years of experience in Executive Marketing Management. Prior to joining the Scodix team, Amit was the VP of Marketing of Extricom, a privately held firm specializing in enterprise wireless LAN. Before assuming his position at Extricom, Mr. Shvartz was Corporate VP of Marketing at Objet Geometrics. Over a 10-year period beginning in 1995 with well-known industry trailblazers Scitex and Creo, he held strategic executive-level positions. He draws upon a hugely successful international B2B and B2C sales and marketing career, with a proven track record in distribution, strategic business development, products planning, marketing, and branding.
Benji Ruhm VP R&D and Innovation
Mr. Benji Ruhm has more than 25 years of experience in hi-tech and 17 of those years at companies focused in Graphic Arts. Benji has led the development from concept to product in various companies such as Elop, Nur Macroprinters , HP Indigo and Landa. Before coming to Scodix, Benji held senior positions at Landa and HP Indigo. At Landa Benji served as the VP Product Development and at HP Indigo as the Product Development Section Manager. Benji holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the Technion in Haifa and an M.B.A. from Ben Gurion University.
Gilad Tzori VP Packaging
Mr. Gilad Tzori has over 25 years of multidisciplinary experience in the Graphic Arts Industry focused on digital printing. Gilad leads the Scodix packaging segment and efforts from the commercial, product, operational and support aspects. Prior to joining Scodix, Gilad was VP Product Strategy at Landa Nanography overlooking Landa products and go to market activities. Before assuming his position at Landa, Gilad was part of the senior positions at HP Indigo in R&D and the worldwide technical support organizations. Gilad holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the Technion in Haifa Israel.
Niv Alfa-Reches VP HR
Ms. Niv Alfa-Reches has vast experience and expertise in the field of human resources. Amongst her specialty is her focus on developing and facilitating personal and organizational growth and transformation processes. During her career she has held HR managerial positions at top global companies such as Amdocs and the Strauss Group. Before joining Scodix she was the Director of Organizational Development & HR at Kornit Digital headquarters. Niv holds a B.A. in Behavioral Science and an M.B.A. in Organizational Consulting & HR Management from the College of Management – Academic Studies in Israel. In 2016 she received certification for Organizational Consulting in Psycho Analytic Systemics Approach from the ‘Ofek’ & Tavistock Institute in London.
Eli Grinberg GM EMEA and Co-founder
Mr. Eli Grinberg has been in the Graphic Arts Industry for more than 20 years. In 2007, Eli co-founded Scodix Ltd. where he held the position of CTO, managing all R&D and Intellectual Property activities. Currently, he is the Scodix EMEA General Manager and a Scodix Board Member. Prior to the founding of Scodix, Eli held various R&D positions at Objet Geometries, the innovation leader in 3D printing, HP Indigo and NUR Macroprinters Ltd., a manufacturer of super wide format digital printers and inks that was successfully sold to HP, and began his career at Scitex. Eli holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Tel Aviv.
Jason Rollo President North America
Mr. Jason Rollo brings to Scodix more than 25 years of executive and business development experience in high-tech and capital equipment industries. He has specialized in innovative manufacturing hardware solutions to market, and building businesses and processes to facilitate their growth. He has been part of many leading global companies during his tenure, such as Nanometrics and Camtek, which are all located in the Silicon Valley. He joined Scodix in 2014 as the head of the Global Strategic Accounts department. In this role he oversaw Scodix most valuable customer relationships. In 2019, he was appointed to be President due to his proven record, in management and business development skills. Jason holds a B.S. from Santa Clara University.
Ziki Kuly President APJ
Mr. Ziki Kuly has been in the advertising and Graphic Arts industries for over 20 years. He was part of Shalmor Avnon Amichay, the leading Israeli advertising agency and in 2001 joined Scitex holding several managerial roles during his tenure. In 2004 he relocated to Atlanta, Georgia with the Hewlett-Packard acquisition of Scitex Vision and within a short period became the North American Industrial Large Format General Manager. Since 2009, he has been part of the Scodix managerial team. Ziki holds a B.A. in Political Science from Tel Aviv University and M.B.A. in Marketing and Communications.
Isaac Castiel VP LATAM
Mr. Isaac Castiel joins Scodix with over 18 years of Executive Management experience in the printing industry and in promoting companies in the Latin America markets. Prior to accepting this role, he worked as CEO of Gasngo Mexico, Large Format Business Manager in HP Mexico and before this as CEO of HP Scitex Mexico, Central America and Caribbean (Former Scitex Vision). He also served as Consul for Economic and Commercial Affairs in the Israeli Embassy in Mexico. Isaac holds a Master’s Degree from the University of Tel-Aviv and a B.A. from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem.

Shlomo Shamir Chairman of the Board
Dr. Shamir serves as the Chairman of the Board of Scodix. Before joining the board of Scodix, Dr. Shamir served as the president of Aeronautics Ltd., and prior to that he served as the president and CEO of NICE Systems Ltd. During his tenure at NICE Systems, the company grew from a $120m business to over $600m, and from a $300m to $2.4b market cap, doing business globally with 80% of Fortune 100 companies as customers.
Prior to being with NICE, Dr. Shamir served as Scitex America’s and later CreoScitex America’s President and CEO, both market leaders in the pre-press and digital printing industries. He holds a B.Sc. degree in Physics from the Technion in Israel and M.S and PhD degrees in Engineering Economic Systems from Stanford University, Palo Alto, California. He brings with him vast experience in all aspects of building, managing and bringing to global leadership hi-tech companies in the printing, communications and other industries. He currently serves on the board of various public and privately held companies.
Glen Schwaber Director/ICV
Glen Schwaber is a founding partner of ICV. Glen is a veteran venture capitalist, bringing with him 20 years experience in Israeli technology finance. Glen’s investment interests are focused in traditional information sectors such as software, internet, semiconductors, wireless hardware/capital equipment. Prior to joining ICV, Glen was a partner at Jerusalem Venture Partners (JVP). He also helped establish JVP Studio, a seed stage incubator investment vehicle, which is today home to exceptional seed stage companies focusing on software and media. Glen holds a Masters in Public Policy from the Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University and a B.A. from Harvard College.
Shmil Levy Director/Partner Sequoia Capital Israel
Shmil works with Internet, mobile, and technology companies in Israel. Prior to joining Sequoia Capital in 2000, he was the President of Lucent Technologies Internetworking Systems Division. Shmil joined Lucent following Lucent’s acquisition of Lannet where he served as the President and CEO. Shmil joined Lannet as VP for R&D. Shmil also served as VP of Madge Networks. Before joining Lannet, Shmil held senior technical positions at IAI, Boeing and Astronautics in the area of Avionic Systems. Shmil has a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the Ben-Gurion University.
Yoni Cheifetz Director/Partner Lightspeed Venture Partners
Yoni leads Lightspeed’s investment activity in Israel. He has nine years of venture capital experience and sixteen years of operating experience. Prior to joining Lightspeed in 2006 , Yoni was a partner with Star Ventures, leading investments including: AeroScout (acquired by Stanley Black & Decker), Kabira (acquired by Tibco), Mercado (acquired by Omniture), Sandlinks, Sheer Networks (acquired by Cisco), and Teneros (acquired by Onging Operations). Previously, Yoni was a serial entrepreneur and investor for sixteen years in software companies, including: Demantra (acquired by Oracle), Agentics (acquired by Mercado), Earnix and Traiana (acquired by ICAP). Prior to his career as an entrepreneur, Yoni ran product management and business development for Click Software (CKSW). Yoni holds a B.S. in Applied Mathematics from Tel-Aviv University and an M.S. in Applied Mathematics and Computer Science from the Weizmann Institute of Science.
Itzik Parnafes Director/Partner Battery Ventures
At Battery, Itzik focuses on investments in Information Technology. He is currently on the boards of cVidya, GoEuro, Panaya and Scodix. Itzik is a board observer for ZeRTO, and led Battery’s investment in Delphix. Itzik was on the board of XtremIO prior to its acquisition by EMC. He also spent time working alongside the Battery investment team as an Entrepreneur in Residence in the firm’s Israel office. Before Battery, Itzik was a Partner with Stata Ventures, where he led investments in Provigent (acq: Broadcom), Comability (acq: Ruckus wireless), Sentrigo (acq: Symantec) and ZikBit.
Before venture investing, Itzik spent the majority of his career as an entrepreneur. He co-founded Kagoor Networks, a leader in Voice over IP technologies, and led it to a successful acquisition by Juniper Networks, its first acquisition of an Israeli company. Previously, Itzik led the R&D of Class Data Systems until it was acquired by Cisco Systems, the first of many acquisitions in Israel. Before joining the private sector, Itzik led a landmark infrastructure project in the Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) that won the prestigious Israel Defense Award. Itzik holds a B.S. summa cum laude in CS and Math from the Technion – Institute of Technology.
Yaniv Tepper Director/Angeleno Group
Mr. Tepper is co-founder and a Managing Partner of Angeleno Group. Since its founding in 2001, Angeleno Group has become one of the largest dedicated growth equity investment firms with a global platform focused on high growth investments in next generation energy and Industrial resource efficiency companies. Prior to the formation of Angeleno Group in 2001, Mr. Tepper managed $2 billion in private and public equities and structured securities on behalf of institutional and mutual fund clients while at Aetna (now ING Investment Management). Under Mr. Tepper’s management, his funds grew from $150 million to $2 billion, consistently outperformed the funds’ benchmarks, and ranked in the top tier of their competitive universe. Earlier in his career, Mr. Tepper held various engineering R&D positions at Bechtel in San Francisco and at M.I.T.’s Advanced Materials Lab in Cambridge under the Department of Energy. He has been a speaker and lecturer on topics including asset allocation, sector diversification, and alternatives investing and an author in major financial publications. Mr. Tepper holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from U.C. Berkeley, an M.S. in Civil & Environmental Engineering from M.I.T. and an M.S. in Management from M.I.T.
Dori Brown Director/Tene Investment
Dori Brown, a lawyer by profession, has extensive experience in the private equity sector. In 2004, he founded Tene Investment Funds together with Dr. Ariel Halperin and Mr. Eyal Attia. In 2001, Mr. Brown joined Dr. Halperin and Mr. Attia at Tenram Investments Ltd., a private investment company engaging in domestic and foreign real estate investments. Mr. Brown became a partner at Tenram in 2003. His active role in Tenram ended at the beginning of 2005 as he began to focus on Tene’s activities.
Prior to joining Tenram, Mr. Brown was an attorney with Gornitzky & Co., a leading Israeli law firm. Dori acquired extensive experience in structuring and closing complex transactions. Mr. Brown holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law from Bar-Ilan University.
Kobi Bar Director and Co-founder
Mr. Kobi Bar, a veteran of the Graphics Industry, co-founded Scodix Ltd. in 2007 and held the position of CEO at Scodix. Prior to founding Scodix, Kobi was the R&D Electronic Department Manager at DIP Tech, the leading supplier of inkjet digital printing systems for the glass industry. Kobi also held the position of Electronic Engineer at NUR Macroprinters Ltd., a manufacturer of super wide format digital printers and inks, for over five years. Kobi holds a B.S. in Engineering from the University of Coventry, UK. With his innovative vision, Kobi plans to transform the printing world with the new Scodix Digital Enhancement™ press technology.
Dov Ofer Vice Chairman of the Board
Mr. Dov Ofer serves as the Vice Chairman of the Board of Scodix. Mr. Ofer served as the Chief Executive Officer of Lumenis Ltd. since April 2007. Mr. Ofer served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Aprion Digital Ltd. since January 2003. Mr. Ofer served as President and Chief Executive Officer of HP Scitex (Also known as Scitex Vision Ltd.), a subsidiary of Scailex Corp., Ltd. since January 2002 and served as its Vice President and General Manager. Mr. Ofer served as Scitex Vision’s Executive Vice President of Sales, Marketing and Business Development from 1999 to January 2002. Mr. Ofer served as Managing Director of Matan Digital Printing, a company whose super-wide format technology and operations were acquired by Scitex Vision in 1998. Mr. Ofer holds a Bachelors Degree in Economics from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, Israel and an M.B.A. Degree from University of California – Berkeley.
