Dov Ofer

Chairman of the Board

Mr. Dov Ofer has served as a Scodix board of directors member since 2013 and assumed the role of chairman of the board in 2020. From 2007 to 2013, he served as Chief Executive Officer of Lumenis Ltd. (NASDAQ: LMNS), a medical laser device company. From 2005 to 2007, he served as Corporate Vice President and General Manager of HP Scitex (formerly a subsidiary of Scailex Corporation Ltd. (TASE: SCIX), a large format printing equipment producer. From 2002 to 2005, he served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Scitex Vision Ltd. Before joining Scitex, he held various managerial positions in the emerging Israeli high-tech sector and participated in different mergers and acquisitions. Currently, Mr. Ofer also serves as chairman of Magen Eco-Energy RCA Ltd., Chairman of Stratasys Ltd. (Nasdaq: SSYS), a Director of Kornit Digital (Nasdaq: KRNT), and Director of Copprint. He holds a BA in Economics from the Hebrew University in Israel and an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley.

Glen Schwaber

Director

Mr. Glen Schwaber is a Founding Partner at MoreVC (Est. 2006), a seed-stage Israeli venture capital fund with approximately $275M under management. In addition to Scodix, he represents MoreVC on the boards of Freightos (logistics), Vayyar (sensors), Ubeya (gig economy), Tolstoy (video communications), and Imagindairy (foodtech). Glen has nearly three decades of experience in Israeli high-tech finance. Before MoreVC, Glen worked for nine years, six as a Partner, with Jerusalem Venture Partners. He began his career at Jerusalem Global, consulting some of Israel’s leading communication and software startups in the 1990s. Glen holds a MA in Public Policy from Harvard University and a BA from Harvard College.

Lila Frenkel

Director

Ms. Lila Frenkel is a Partner and Chief Financing Officer at MoreVC (Est. 2006), a seed-stage Israeli venture capital fund with approximately $275M under management. Lila is a seasoned financial executive experienced in the Israeli VC industry. Before joining MoreVC, Lila was the CFO of AxisMobile (AIM: AXIS), which she led through an IPO on the AIM exchange in London. Prior to this, Lila was a controller at Concord Ventures for seven years. Lila also served for three years as an external director at the Biological and Microchemical Educational Fund, a government fund. Lila is a certified public accountant; she holds a BA in Finance and Accounting from the Tel Aviv College of Business Management.

Dori Brown

Director

Dori Brown, a lawyer by profession, has extensive experience in the private equity sector. In 2004, he founded Tene Investment Funds together with Dr. Ariel Halperin and Mr. Eyal Attia. In 2001, Mr. Brown joined Dr. Halperin and Mr. Attia at Tenram Investments Ltd., a private investment company engaging in domestic and foreign real estate investments. Mr. Brown became a partner at Tenram in 2003. His active role in Tenram ended at the beginning of 2005 as he began to focus on Tene’s activities.

Prior to joining Tenram, Mr. Brown was an attorney with Gornitzky & Co., a leading Israeli law firm. Dori acquired extensive experience in structuring and closing complex transactions. Mr. Brown holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law from Bar-Ilan University.

Avraham Levin

Director

Mr. Avraham Levin joined Tene in February 2006 as an analyst with a strong background in economics and physics. Along with his general assignments as an analyst, Avraham served as Tene’s liaison for technology in the relevant portfolio of companies. Avraham took on a more active position throughout the years, including active participation in investment management and business development. In 2014 he became a partner in Tene. Avraham holds a BA in Economics and an MSC in Physics from Tel Aviv University.

David Reis

External Director

Mr. David Reis served five times as CEO and held various Chairman and Board Director positions. As CEO, he has led fast-growing startups, and large-scale, high-tech operations spread over different geographies and cultures. Successfully he led companies in 3D and 2D printing, SW, Medical Devices, Electronics, POS systems, and others. In addition, David has proven experience in managing global activity, including innovation and R&D across multiple disciplines. In addition, he led private and public companies at both the startup and mature stages and was involved with numerous global M&A and IPO transactions.

Yariv Avisar

External Director

Mr. Avisar has over 21 years of experience in global business management. During the past five years, Yariv has been a Chairman and active Director in several companies. Before this, he served as Chief Executive Officer of SCR (Engineers) Ltd, a global leader in developing and producing agritech monitoring solutions for dairy farming. Allflex Group acquired SCR Ltd. for US$250 million in 2015. In addition, he was the VP and GM of a global business unit at Hewlett Packard’s Scitex division for large format digital printing, and he led the sales and marketing of M-Systems Disk-on-Key, a NASDAQ-listed producer of flash memory products.

Lilach Payorski

External Director

Ms. Lilach Payorski was appointed Stratasys Chief Financial Officer, effective January 1, 2017. Prior to her appointment as CFO, Payorski served as Stratasys Senior Vice President, Corporate Finance, leading the corporate finance function following the Objet-Stratasys merger in 2012. Payorski also served as a CPA with Ernst & Young LLP in Israel and Palo Alto, CA. With more than 25 years of finance experience before joining Stratasys, Payorski held various financial leadership roles, including PMC Sierra, CheckPoint Software Technologies, and Wind River Systems. Payorski holds a BA in accounting and economics from Tel Aviv University.

Rani Haj-Yahia

Independent Director

Mr. Rani Haj-Yahia is a Tel-Aviv-based lawyer and businessman. He is a senior consultant at Gornitzky & Co., one of the largest law firms in Israel. Rani leads large, high-profile international transactions in cross-cultural, cross-boundary, and multilingual arenas. In addition, Rani serves as CEO of Jordan Gateway – Israel and Jordanian Joint Industrial Park & Free Zone. He is a reputed strategic consultant to large companies and is a member of numerous boards of directors of local and international companies in infrastructure, hi-tech, finance, and NGOs. In addition, he is involved in advancing the Arab population in Israel, particularly in promoting their integration into the national economy by maximizing their economic potential.
