Role Overview
The Application Specialist supports Scodix customers across pre- and post-sales activities, ensuring successful implementation, optimization, and ongoing use of Scodix solutions. This role combines hands-on technical expertise with customer training, workflow optimization, and close collaboration with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute pre-sales demonstrations and customer sample production
- Support post-sales workflow deployment and application troubleshooting
- Deliver customer and partner training (on-site and remote)
- Optimize digital print and finishing workflows
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, R&D, and Customer Success teams
Requirements
- Experience in digital print production, prepress, and finishing workflows
- Strong customer-facing and training experience
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
- Hands-on, solution-oriented mindset
- Willingness to travel up to 75%
