Job Description:

  • We are looking for experienced Purchasing Buyer for our purchasing department
  • Location: Scodix Israel Offices

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar multidisciplinary company
  • Knowledge of ERP Priority – an advantage
  • High-level of English – a must
  • Negotiation skills
  • Solid understanding of procurement best practices
  • Analytical, numerically astute with strong demonstrated problem-solving abilities

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the tactic and strategic procurement of the company
  • Prepare, issue purchase orders and order schedules
  • Build, maintain and manage supplier relationships
  • Manage supplier and subcontractors
  • Negotiate prices and terms with suppliers
  • Monitor & analyze supplier performance
  • Provide cost analysis (new and existing) and review cost reduction
